What to Expect
How long do you serve pizza?
We typically arrive about one hour before service for setup, serve for 1.5 hours, and allow about 30 minutes for cleanup. Longer service may be available for an additional cost.
What is included with the wood-fired pizza experience?
We provide two six-foot serving tables with black tablecloths, plus paper plates, napkins, and plastic forks.
How much space will I need?
Our 1955 Ford-trailer pizza oven is about the size of a small car, and we arrive with a standard-size supply van. We can usually set up in a driveway or along the street and carry pizzas to your yard or indoor serving area.
