Catering Setup & Service
For pizza and salad packages, Pacific Pizza arrives at least one hour before the scheduled serving time to prepare ingredients and heat the oven. The standard setup includes buffet tables, paper plates, napkins, and utensils, or you may provide your own.
Service length depends on the group and event plan. Appetizers can be tray-passed before pizza and salad service when included in your quote.
